Individual and sole trader customers should now use our moratorium portal to submit and check the status of their moratorium applications through this portal.

If you have already submitted an application through email, we are in the process of sending out reference numbers to you via SMS. Please allow us up to 14th of May to be able to send out reference numbers to everyone. If the contact number that you have provided on your application form does not match the mobile number registered with the Bank, you maybe required to submit an Information Update Form. You can download the form from this link

Once you have received your reference number you can check the status of your application through the portal. We will send you SMS alerts once the status of your application has changed.
