JUNIOR ASSOCIATE (1) – FUVAHMULAH BRANCH / RETAIL BANKING DIVISION
Job Scope
Responsible for all activities relating to the Banking Operations inclusive of cash and non-cash transactions, remittance, preparing evaluations of customers for financing products and cross sell the products of the Bank to community.
Requirements
• Minimum 02 Passes in A ‘Level OR,
• Minimum 03 Passes in O’ Level
• Previous Customer Service experience will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS office suite of applications
• Fluency in oral and written communications
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
