JUNIOR ASSOCIATE (1) – PRODUCT COORDINATOR / CARDS & DIGITAL BANKING
Job Scope
Drive Card usage and activation through Card Sales and targeted calls that focus on specific card products, usage, and services. Monitor, organize, and implement campaigns to meet business goals in collaboration with the product team and other relevant stakeholders. Assess customer experience, enhance service quality, and encourage customer engagement with the bank's digital platform to drive portfolio growth.
Requirements
Minimum 02 Passes in A ‘Level OR,
Minimum 03 Passes in O’ Level
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a financial institution will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS office suite of applications
Fluency in oral and written communication
Documents required with application.
