Job Scope

Responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for business growth, and resolving customer complaints.

Primary responsibility is to cultivate and strengthen client relationships, driving business growth and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals and businesses, offering a comprehensive suite of deposit & financial products and services. Through strategic networking, proactive communication, and a deep understanding of client needs, contributing to the bank's overall success by meeting deposit targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, auditing or any related field with 2 years of experience in a similar field OR,

  • Diploma in a related field with a minimum of 03 years of work experience in a similar field

  • Experience as a relationship manager, in customer service, or a similar role in a bank will be an added advantage.

  • Ability to plan, multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Teamwork and leadership skills

  • Customer-oriented mindset

  • Highly driven and self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical skills, sound professional judgement and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and market trends.

  • Maintain highest level of integrity and independence.
