PROJECT COORDINATOR (1) – PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE
Job Scope
Support project execution and coordination activities within the PMO by managing documentation, tracking deliverables, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and ensuring timely reporting and compliance with procedures across the project lifecycle.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Project Documentation and Administrative Support
Maintain central project documentation including BRS, Project Plans, Project Risk Registers, UAT Logs, and PIR reports.
Coordinate collection of sign-offs, approvals, and required documentation from stakeholders.
Ensure proper archival of all project records following closure.
2. Project Monitoring and Coordination
Assist Project Managers in scheduling, task tracking, and service level compliance.
Follow up with internal teams for timely completion of assigned activities and approvals.
Track and update the status of deliverables and milestones.
3. Communication and Reporting
Prepare weekly project updates and progress dashboards under PMO supervision.
Support the coordination of PSC meetings, Kick-off sessions, and status updates.
Communicate with internal teams to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.
4. UAT and Testing Support
Support UAT environment readiness, tester onboarding, and test script management.
Maintain UAT Test and Issue Logs with complete traceability.
Follow up on resolution of testing issues and coordinate re-testing where required.
5. Project Closure Support
Assist in compiling PIR data, feedback, and lessons learned.
Ensure all closure documents and sign-offs are submitted to PMO archives.
Support internal and regulatory audit queries related to project files.
REQUIREMENTS
Master’s Degree in related field with minimum 02 years of work experience in a similar field OR,
Bachelor’s Degree in related field with minimum 03 years of work experience in a similar field
Proven working experience as a project coordinator in the information technology sector.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques such as Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, etc.
Experience with project management tools, such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Clickup, Notion and similar tools.
Excellent client-facing, verbal, listening, and written and internal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with direct reports, senior management, and other departments.
Ability to work in and maintain a highly functional team environment.
Industry certifications relevant to the role such as PMP, PRINCE2, etc. are an added advantage.
Technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies are an added advantage.
