ApplyNow Enhanced

MIB has launched the upgraded version of the ApplyNow Portal, which is the central application portal used to submit applications and service requests to the Bank.

With this new upgrade there is a guest section for future customers with essential services such as

Guest Services Highlights

• First Time Account Opening for Individuals

• Ujaalaa Financing Application Service

• Business Financing Application Service

• Consultancy request for Financing, Account Related as well as E-Banking Service

Additionally MIB customers can now enter the portal via otp sent to the registered email or phone number and submit for myriad of services.

Customers and future customers can check the status of their of their requests, respond to change requests within the application and more.

MIB remains committed to improving this digital experience and adding more value.
