Job Scope
To be the point of contact for customers who are contacting the branch through all our acceptable communication channels and provide them with support for their queries. Additionally, as an Agent, you will be assigned different roles from time to time based on the requirements of the contact centre.
Further, the selected candidate will be required to address customer inquiries, questions, complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide swift and accurate information.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 02 Passes in A ‘Level OR,
Minimum 03 Passes in O’ Level
Previous Customer Service experience will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS office suite of applications
Fluency in oral and written communications
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
