CUSTOMER CARE SUPERVISOR (1) – CUSTOMER CARE
Job Scope
Ensures efficient operations by managing agent performance, addressing escalations, and maintaining adherence to SOPs and SLAs. They provide coaching, monitor metrics, and ensure agents are equipped with current knowledge to deliver excellent customer service.
By fostering teamwork and resolving challenges proactively, the supervisor supports seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in related field OR,
Minimum 02 Passes in A’Level OR,
Minimum 03 Passes in O’Level
Proficiency in MS office suite of applications
Fluency in oral and written communications
