ASSOCIATE (1) – SYSTEM TESTING & AUTOMATION / OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT
JOB SCOPE
Responsible for carrying out all operational related UATs, collaborating with business users, developers, and IT staff. Ensure all new products and services, processes and changes required are tested and completed in accordance with business requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure all operational related UATs are completed in a timely manner.
Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders to identify and create UAT requirements and prepare the UAT scripts.
Be involved in the development of all new products and gather the requirements for UAT to be done.
Develop SOPs for new products and services by collaborating with all relevant stakeholders.
Any other related work assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma Business, Accounting or in related field OR,
Minimum 02 Passes in A ‘Level OR,
Minimum 03 Passes in O’ Level with 01 one year of work experience in the field of accounting or business.
Proficiency in MS office suite of applications
Fluency in Oral and written Communications
Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
Good team builder and player with excellent organizational and relationship skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
