ASSISTANT MANAGER (1) – SETTLEMENT & DISPUTE / CARD OPERATIONS
Job Scope
Responsible for efficient processing of the Bank’s Cards Operations Settlement and Dispute teams activities both Physical and Digital Platforms for both Issuing and Acquiring part of the business. The incumbent must have a good understanding of the Operation Processes of International Schemes (VISA, MasterCard, UPI, etc.) and manage its day-to-day activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field. OR,
Diploma in related field with a minimum of 03 years of work experience in a similar field
Knowledge and work experience in banking & finance field will be an advantage
Highly driven and self-motivated individuals with good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Fluency in oral and written communication in Dhivehi as well in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
