ASSOCIATE (1) – SETTLEMENTS / CREDIT ADMINISTRATION
JOB SCOPE
The role is responsible for processing financing facility disbursements and managing post-disbursement payments and settlements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with policies and Shariah guidelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Process financing facility disbursements while ensuring compliance with approved terms and policies.
Execute and verify financing-related payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Prepare and distribute error-free payment schedules, ensuring timely communication.
Maintain and update financing-related registers and records for accuracy and reporting.
Scan, archive, and properly file financing-related documents in a timely manner.
Monitor processed payments, escalate discrepancies, and support issue resolution.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in related field OR,
Minimum 02 Passes in A ‘Level OR,
Minimum 03 Passes in O’ Level with 01 year of work experience
Proficiency in MS office suite of applications
Fluency in Oral and written Communications
Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
Good team builder and player with excellent organizational and relationship skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
