JUNIOR ASSOCIATE (1) – LIABILITY OPERATIONS / 08 MONTHS CONTRACT

Job Scope

Responsible for all activities relating to the Banking Operations inclusive of cash and non-cash transactions and to cross sell the products of the Bank to the community.

Requirements

·         Minimum 02 Passes in A ‘Level OR,

·         Minimum 03 Passes in O’ Level

·         Previous customer service experience, preferably in a financial institution will be an added advantage.

·         Proficiency in MS office suite of applications

·         Fluency in oral and written communication
