Job Scope
As a customer care agent, you will be the point of contact for customers who are contacting the branch through all our acceptable communication channels and provide them support for their queries. You will be assigned different roles from time to time based on the requirements of the contact center.
You will be required to attend customer inquiries and questions, complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide swift and accurate information. Project a professional company image through phone interaction and other online platforms.
Requirements
Minimum 02 Passes in A ‘Level OR,
Minimum 03 Passes in O’ Level
Previous Customer Service experience will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS office suite of applications
Fluency in oral and written communications
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
