APPLICATION SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR / TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT
JOB SCOPE
The Support Administrator – Application Support provides first-level operational and technical support for the Bank’s business applications. This role helps ensure that application-related issues are promptly recorded, investigated, and resolved or escalated appropriately. By working closely with end-users and technical teams, the role plays a key part in minimizing disruptions to business processes and maintaining reliable application performance.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of enterprise applications, relational databases, and user support methodologies.
Ability to query and interpret logs, transaction reports, or simple SQL queries is an advantage.
Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong customer service orientation and teamwork mindset.
