APPLICATION SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR / TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT

JOB SCOPE

The Support Administrator – Application Support provides first-level operational and technical support for the Bank’s business applications. This role helps ensure that application-related issues are promptly recorded, investigated, and resolved or escalated appropriately. By working closely with end-users and technical teams, the role plays a key part in minimizing disruptions to business processes and maintaining reliable application performance.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Basic knowledge of enterprise applications, relational databases, and user support methodologies.

  • Ability to query and interpret logs, transaction reports, or simple SQL queries is an advantage.

  • Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong customer service orientation and teamwork mindset.
