SENIOR ASSOCIATE / ATM RECONCILIATION (1) – CENTRAL RECONCILIATION UNIT/ OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT
Job Scope
Execute daily reconciliation of ATM transactions and associated suspense accounts. This role requires accuracy and attention to detail to ensure proper settlement and follow-up on mismatches.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily ATM transaction reconciliations (withdrawals, deposits, adjustments).
Reconcile ATM suspense and settlement accounts.
Monitor reports for failed or missing postings and follow up on anomalies.
Investigate discrepancies and coordinate resolution with IT and other related departments.
Actively support the Dispute Team by providing accurate details for ATM-related cases.
For On-Us disputes, assist in direct rectification or escalate to Card Operations.
For Off-Us disputes, ensure issues are captured in reports and assist with documentation.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of ATM reconciliations.
Assist in compiling daily reconciliation reports and escalate unresolved issues.
Support continuous process improvement and compliance initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 02 Passes in A ‘Level OR,
Diploma in related field OR,
Minimum 03 Passes in O’ Level with 01 year of work experience
Proficiency in MS office suite of applications
Fluency in Oral and written Communications
