ASSISTANT MANAGER – BRANCH SALES / RETAIL BANKING DEPARTMENT

LOCATION: KULHUDHUFFUSHI BRANCH

JOB SCOPE

The Assistant Manager – Branch Sales is a frontline growth role responsible for expanding the Bank’s retail and SME deposit base in assigned nothern region. The role is designed for high-energy sales professionals who thrive on field engagement, relationship building, and disciplined execution.

The incumbent will acquire new-to-bank customers, convert employer and business opportunities into salary and deposit relationships, deepen customer engagement through activation and cross-sell, and maintain a strong pipeline, delivering measurable outcomes while upholding the Bank’s service standards, compliance obligations, and reputation.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field OR,

  • Diploma in related field with minimum 03 years of work experience in a similar field

  • Strong sales drive, resilience, and consistent execution discipline.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Strong planning discipline and ability to execute structured weekly/monthly routines.

  • High integrity and strict adherence to compliance, policies, and ethical standards.

  • Comfort using reporting tools (CRM/Excel trackers/dashboards) and maintaining high data quality.

  • Strong ownership, resilience, and ability to perform under target pressure.

  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently within assigned markets/islands.
