ASSOCIATE (1) – ACQUIRING AND ALLIANCES / CARDS & PAYMENTS DEPARTMENT
JOB SCOPE
Responsible for building a strong relationship with the merchants to onboard new potential merchants and retain merchants for acquiring products and services, meeting allocated sales targets and tasks. Responsible for handling and onboarding potential merchants at the same time installation, while overseeing sales activities related to merchant acquisition covering POS, Payment Gateway etc.
Carrying out market research on cards & Digital Banking areas and analyzing performance across revenues and strategies to achieve departmental goals and targets.
Monitor customer experiences and improve service quality and engage customers to banks digital platform to the growth of the portfolio.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 02 Passes in A ‘Level OR,
Diploma in related field OR,
Minimum 03 Passes in O’ Level with 01 year of work experience
Proficiency in MS office suite of applications
Fluency in Oral and written Communications
