JOB SCOPE
Responsible for handling all exchange counter transactions, including currency exchanges, cash management, and daily balancing of operations and managing administrative responsibilities related to dollar sales for medical purposes. Further, responsible for all activities relating to the Branch inclusive of cash and non-cash transactions and to cross sell the products of the Bank to the community.
Responsible for building and maintaining a positive relationship with the customers, identifying opportunities for business growth and resolving customer complaints by ensuring an exceptional customer experience from the services provided by the branch.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 02 Passes in A ‘Level OR,
Minimum 03 Passes in O’ Level with 01 year of work experience
Proficiency in MS office suite of applications
Fluency in Oral and written Communications
Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
Good team builder and player with excellent organizational and relationship skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
