JUNIOR ASSOCIATE – PRODUCT COORDINATOR / CARDS & PAYMENTS DEPARTMENT

Job Scope

Drive Card usage by performing Card Sales and targeted calls focusing on specific card products, usage, and services.

 Monitor, organize and execute campaigns to achieve business goals in collaboration with Product team and other related stakeholders.

Review customer experiences and improve service quality and engage customers to bank’s digital platform to the growth of the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Card usage and activation by performing Card Sales and targeted calls focusing on specific card products, usage, and services.

  • Relationship calls for customer and merchant feedback.

  • Conduct analysis of activation and sales calls to determine their effectiveness, assessing success rates and effort levels for potential strategic adjustments.

  • Perform analysis and reporting of uncollected/undelivered cards.

  • Campaign management including preparation of campaign papers, materials, and campaign calendar.

  • Facilitate in preparation of training materials related to card products.

  • Perform UAT on Business requirements including functionality testing, UI testing, Workflow testing, Data accuracy/compatibility and regression testing. 

Requirements

  • Minimum 02 Passes in A ‘Level OR,

  • Minimum 03 Passes in O’ Level

  • Proficiency in MS office suite of applications

  • Fluency in oral and written communications

  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

  • Must have exceptional interpersonal skills
