MIB Launches Special Children’s Day Promotion Offering Discounts up to 20%

Maldives Islamic Bank (MIB) has launched a special promotion to celebrate Children’s Day, offering customers discounts ranging from 10 percent to 20 percent when using MIB Visa Debit Cards at selected outlets and restaurants across the Maldives.

The campaign was introduced to provide families and children with added value during the Children’s Day celebrations. Under the promotion, customers can enjoy exclusive discounts at several popular brands including Miniso, Chicking, Scoop, and Kokky, all of which are widely popular among children and families.

As part of the offer, customers will receive a 20 percent discount at Kokky, a 15 percent discount at Scoop, and a 10 percent discount at both Miniso and Chicking.

According to MIB, the promotion will run from May 8^th until May 12^th, 2026. The offer is open to all MIB Visa Debit Card holders as well as Faisawear users.

Discounts will apply to transactions above MVR 300 made through MIB POS terminals, while the maximum discount that can be received from a single transaction is capped at MVR 500.
