Maldives Islamic Bank Opens New Retail Banking Branch Offering Specialized Services for Individual Customers

Maldives Islamic Bank (MIB) has officially opened its dedicated Retail Banking Branch, aimed at enhancing service delivery for individual customers. The new branch reflects MIB’s commitment to improving accessibility and convenience through customer-centric services.

Located Infront of artificial beach , the Retail Banking Branch is designed with a two-floor service model to streamline operations and provide a more efficient banking experience. The first floor of the branch, open from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, offers a comprehensive range of services tailored to individual clients. These include account opening, personal information updates, and other essential services to meet the day-to-day banking needs of individuals.

Meanwhile, the ground floor, open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, is dedicated to handling card services, as well as the handover of MIB’s innovative payment solutions—FaisaWear rings and FaisaWear tags. These wearable banking tools are part of MIB’s broader effort to offer seamless, technology-driven financial solutions to its customers. Ground floor also features a 24/7 ATM center where customers can deposit and withdraw MVR & USD.
